Minimum purchase is $25.00 for merchandise only. Payment must be received prior to shipment of merchandise unless credit has already been established. Payment may be in the form of business, personal or certified check, money order, visa, mastercard (please include card # and expiration date.) Non-perishable items may be shipped via united parcel service. OrchidSource Laboratory and Nursery LLC will do whatever it is that can be done in accomplishing every single order. Please read the following very carefully.
OrchidSource Laboratory and Nursery will not be responsible for damaged shipments containing live orchid goods. Customers must be available when packages are to arrive at their door. It has happened in the past that orchids are attempted to be delivered and no one is available to receive them. Plants are sensitive to cold winters and they are guaranteed to arrive as indicated by the carrier.
Customers will be offered insurance to cover any damage costs. Please call our office if you have any questions in regards to live goods being shipped to you.
PAYMENTS FROM OUTSIDE U.S.A. IN CHECK FORM MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS, DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK.
Must include 8.25% sales tax, unless you are sales tax exempt and have a resale exempt card on file with us at time of purchase..
